The staff was very courteous and pleasant, always on hand when needed. The booked room was reasonably large and fashionable. The bathroom was large here.

Having climate control, a couch and a comfortable couch in our fashionable room. The staff is AMAZINGLY NICE, amiable. The venue has good and decent location in the middle of jackson. And it's short walk to mall and casino as well as casino, restaurants and shopping.

The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice and conveniently close to Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center. the room was well-maintained and included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

The staff was friendly, close to fast food restaurants and mall.
Swimming pool was dirty, too much noise on the hallway, not much information on transportation to Dover Air base.

The location here is amazing, being close to everything, and the staff was polite and helpful, plus I got a nice upgrade to a spacious room.

The room was large and clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, no complaints.
Hotel rooms are a little out-dated but spacious and clean which made up for it.

The close location to Delaware State University and the low price is the only aspect of the hotel I liked.
